Thermostat Housing, Not Water outlet!

Needing the part number for the thermostat housing on a f23a1. Local parts stores do not list (they list water outlet) nor has google or searching this forum have helped. I see used parts listed on ebay, but kinda wanna go NEW so i don't have this problem again. I've basically replaced every part to the cooling system to find a hair line crack in the thermostat housing. Anyone know the OEM p/n#? Aftermarket p/n#? Thanks guys!

Year, model, that site has the exact same catalog that Honda has at any parts place.

Is there another name for the thermostat housing? Auto Zone, Orielly's, Advance auto all show a water outlet. Finding this part is becoming a headache, since i can't find anyone with similar problem.
