Jul 11, 2009 #2 Crono139 Well-Known Member Joined Sep 29, 2005 Posts 823 Reaction score 2 Location NJ Drain the coolant enough so that it is below the thermostat's level. Remove the hose from the housing. Loosen the clamps on the housing, and then remove it. Remove the thermostat itself.
