Im thinking about getting some spacers in the rear only so that it is closer to flush. Currently running 16" x 6" +44 offset. Tires are 215-55-16 (a little too big I know). Currently dropped about 2.5"F 2.0R.

I also want to roll the fender a bit, but not sure if I really need to do the bumper tab relocate. Actually I would really prefer NOT to relocate the bumper tabs since drilling a new hole will cause the rusties.

So my question is: If I get spacers that causes just slight rubbing, what is most likely rubbing? Fender? or Bumper tab? i.e. which of the 2 will rub first.

Thanks.

Anyone?? :inouteek:

Ok, a simplier question. Has anyone who had mild rubbing in the rear, fix the problem with just rolling the fenders only? OR is the bumper tab relocation a must along with fender rolling?

My rear bumper tab delete didn't rust, but my fenders had paint chip off and are starting to rust. Spacing out stockers seems a little pointless to me though. Unless they are 8" or wider. My $0.02.

yeah dude leave the stock wheels alone. if you want it more flush just save and find a nice set of wheels that do it well already.

My rims are from a 1st gen Acura CL so they are stockers but not really from my car.

Anyway, I am definitely not going after the hellaflush look. Just want to make my wheels look closer to flush.

You've just got to consider that basically the biggest spacer you can run is a 25mm which is roughly an inch. If you think that would be worth about $125 then go for it.
