Up underneath this is what it looks like. There a metal ridge that juts out from the fender well. I hammered that down flat and drilled a hole about four inches back from where th tab was previously.
Here's another view. This time i took a pic of where the factory tab would sit right at the bumper and fender gap. The bolt isn't even in this pic because that's how far back you hav to relocate it if you don't want to rub.
Yup, especially the front if you're tucking some tire. It only needs pulling because it rubs the fender edge when you turn your wheel all the way. The rear you might be able to get away with without pulling though.
Depending on what tires you get, you will more than likely have to pull the rears a little bit like I did. I am running 18x9.5+15 in the rear. My tires are 215/40/18 and when I lowered the car down when I put them on, the fender was sitting on the tire. The front I didn't pull really, just bent the tabs up.
