Anyone ever owned Coopers? I haven't, but saw a set at the shop tonight, RS3A's (all seasons). Just reading up on them now. The RS3-S's are the summer version.
So after reading a bit, Dunlop is not inspiring confidence. Their SP Sport 01’s and SP Sport 2050’s have seemingly gotten consistently bad reviews. I don’t normally put much stock in tire reviews since most people are idiots, but what I’m reading is pretty consistent, and so I can’t get it out of my head now. Sucks because I found these tires almost new, for $500 and $450, respectively.
The Falken 912’s are tempting because they run narrower (section width is 8.9”), but they are so cheap…not sure how good of a tire they are actually are for the money?
I’m also considering Continental….either ExtremeContact DWS (9”) or DW (9”). Kevin, you mentioned some Conti’s run narrower, either of these?
I own a set of Yoko’s now, Avid EnVigors…not impressed with the grip.
