He may mean to zero out the toe you would increase the camber.

ok this is what the guy at the alignment shop told me
and i have -3 camber too
ur tires are gonna have uneven wear nomatter wat beacuse of the camber so jus flip the tires evry 10k or so

btw u can still flip ur tires flipping them has nothing to do with rotating them
