No, dont make them take care of it; make them PAY for someone else to take care of it.

If they're feeding you this BS about your ride height voiding warranty, they dont wanna fix it. If you bring them proof that pretty much says they have to fix it, you're gonna have troubles all the time.

Take it to another shop--hell, take it to several other shops, have it diaged. Take that proof to the original shop and show them. Then, tell them you want them to pay for someone else to fix it.

That's what I meant by having them take care of it.

Yea i would have to agree with everyone else that the shop is full of **** and they are trying to screw you. I would act quick before that warranty expires.

I believe by law (at least here in CA) you have to give them a chance to fix the problem before you can charge/sue them and take it to someone else to have it fixed correctly.

make sure to document everything. pictuers, notes, dates, all that shabang.

tell him he needs to take care of it, or he's gonna get a letter from your lawyer.

that is the law in most states and you wouldn't need a lawyer with proper documentation small claims court would be short and sweet!
