The word TUNE UP is relative, and variable to what your car needs. You need to figure out what needs to be done first.. If you blindly go in and ask for that, they will replace everything even some stuff that probably didn't need to be touched, and charge you $$$ for it!
Go in with knowledge, and if the shop allows, bring your own genuine Honda parts. My $0.02. If you car hasn't had it's timing maintenance done (some cars don't even though mileage is high - they just get lucky) then THIS WOULD BE part of a tune up.. But a pricey part.
Bkz - If you're talking about Bosch Platinum +4, then stay away from those, search for the reasons why, it's been covered.
