the output depends from car to car. Running 8-10lbs of boost on a stock bottom end would be pushing the engine to the limits and that is not advisable.

Maybe because you know what you were doing? IMO pushing 8-10lbs on an f23 is not a good idea especially if you are new to the concept.

you can do allot with eaither the treadstone kit or the turbonetics so long as you have everything you need and a decent tune.

for 300hp i'd get some forged pistons and rods our sleves are quite strong its just the piston rings that go first.
