Maybe because you know what you were doing? IMO pushing 8-10lbs on an f23 is not a good idea especially if you are new to the concept.

Oct 1, 2008 #19 C cantafordaccord Well-Known Member Joined Oct 17, 2006 Posts 982 Reaction score 4 you can do allot with eaither the treadstone kit or the turbonetics so long as you have everything you need and a decent tune. for 300hp i'd get some forged pistons and rods our sleves are quite strong its just the piston rings that go first.
