Yea, eventually I probably will do the same and can't wait to see how yours comes out. I guess it's not technically allll stock internals if you have new ARPs! What is the psi Speed Factory will start you out at?

Good luck! Make sure your rings are good, and you have ARP headstuds installed.

Speed Factory has years of racing experience with the Precision turbos. They have an 1100 horsepower 8 second EG and a 9 second d16 single cam EG just to name a few. This is why I took their advice.

hurray ^^ lol i love the d16.. thats why i have one now lol.

They told me I can do 10 psi with that turbo safely so thats what I'm goin for.

And yes you can do 10psi safely all day long.. I wouldn't bother putting on the arp studs at 10psi though, you don't really need them at that boost yet tbh.. I ran 14psi on a .57 trim with the stock bolts many times and they never stretched. Its nice to have them on since you already bought them yeah, but I think you will be better off not messing with your perfectly sealed block for right now.. From my experiences, the best built honda engine is an unopened one. Mostly because they have tens of thousands of miles of break-in time. So unless your going to replace your bolts one at a time without removing the head I suggest you keep your stock bolts for now and save them for later.. =)

Ive never heard that before. Removing the head shouldn't even bother the motor. I would rather put on a fresh headgasket anyway if I was planning on boosting the car. It would suck to get the car running just to have the headgasket pop and have to do it all over again anyway. IMO
