Sorry to hear. It is rightfully their call since they bought you the car. The only thing you could say would be that it is only a matter of time before the transmission will likely fail again.

192,xxx on my manual trans and still shifts butter smooth. Tkknight was selling a "kit" to swap an accord to manual. Has everything you need.

Yeah I guess I just have to deal with it. I was told it will drive like a brand new car so im really happy about that

Got the pricing estimate for the rebuild. Total cost for everything is $2100. This is basically anything and everything so it's the whole 9 yards. Is that a good price for this job? People have told me that they got their's done for a lot cheaper but didn't say if the new trans was from a junkyard or actually rebuilt.

BUMP for a fresh rebuilt trans received today! Waiting a long week + few extra days for some other faulty stuff but I finally got it back! I'm probably going to take it out for a shoot this weekend so stay tuned on this page and the "Eye Candy" page! Just thought I'd update you guys

Possibly might be ordering some small new parts in the coming week and some spark plugs/wires. Going NGK for those of course.. Stay tuned. Not spoiling the parts for you guys!

Well I know I said that I was told it would drive like new, and when I picked it up for the first time almost two months ago, it felt weird at first when driving but now it feels like it did before I got my CEL. I guess that's just the typical autotragic function lol. But other than that, it's been good to me. I also have a 1 year warranty if anything happens so I'll be good until next October.
