Im in the area. If your not from the area i might be able to help with your apt search. For starters del paso heights is close to uti rent is also cheap. If your ride is nice make sure to get a place with a garage. A gun dont hurt either..lol

If you dont mind a bit of a drive carmichael is nice and fairly cheap. more likley to find a spot with a garage. Arden area is a good place to look aswell.
