I can ship the armrest anywhere for like 10 bucks ($10 is the cost of shipping only) using a USPS flat rate packaging. It's only the really big stuff (door cards and seats) that requires custom quotes from a shipping place.
The cost of the armrest itself (not including shipping) is $30. It includes the storage compartment (the part with a coin holder). The hinge is A+, very smooth and silent movement.
