So its been about 18 days since the timing belt snapped on me while on the freeway (dec 4) and the estimate i received from a shop was around $1200 because there was a lot more damage and things that needed to be replaced so I sad F it and finally do the H22/5spd MT swap that I've been wanting to do for the longest time. Car was picked up dec 8th and havent seen my baby since. I'm having withdrawals :boohoo:
Waiting on George to call and tell me she's done!

lol it took me a good 4 weeks before i got my car back from the swap too.... i know how you feel bro :(

Wow, thats long. It probably wouldnt be bothering me as much if I knew it usually took that long, but he told me it would be done by last Friday the 17th..
to his defense, he did have some shady stuff go down at his shop so its understandable why its taking longer than expected
