I am basing the search area on a Google search for hotels near this park.
As SykVSyx mentioned, a continental breakfast would be nice. I also assume that with hobbies as expensive as ours most of us have a budget of some sort for this trip. So what I would like to know is what price range you guys would like to stick to. Here is what I have found in terms of dollars V.S. quality:

Personally I would like a 3.5-4 star rating, free breakfast, safe parking.

I agree, I don't think we want to go for less than a 3.5 star.
It will have to come down to the best deal closest to where we will be hanging out on the Saturday.
The link I posted a little while back listed pretty much every hotel there that offered breakfast, so between that and making checking out hotwire.com, booking can start happening in the next week or two.
I'm thinking that someone local in Memphis can may be go in person to some potential hotels and inquire about rates for a group of 20+ and let us know what they find out. That would have to happen in the next week.
I'd like to book no later than 2-3 weeks in advance.

But even though I live in TN, Memphis is about 7 1/2 hours away. Being in school and working I don't think I'll make it. Wish it was closer so maybe next year.

I got bad news today.
I have to attend a managers training course the 7th Wednesday through Monday the 11th of Nov. I have to go and then come back and train all my associates on a new system we are running. Very very disappointed about this but I am the only one that can go.
I will be in the Tampa Area during that time.
If someone still wants to setup the tshirts on vistaprint I can send you over the graphics and or files to set them up. Feel free to PM me if you want to take this over for the group.
