Hopefully people don't start dropping out the closer it gets. We however need an address to meet up at i'd say in a week or 2. Whether its a place for a photo shoot or just a place to meet up with everyone. Shi lets just meet at some restaurant or something

Here is a hotel I have talked to.

Quality: They have a pretty good rating, clean for us, safe for our cars. They do have a continental breakfast.
Location: It is near a highway that will get us to the park in no more than 20 min drive time. ( I'm sure that people would enjoy a short cruise anyways.)
They said they can section off as many as 20 rooms in the same area for a rate of $99.00 for a one night stay. check in on Friday Nov. 8th-to- check out on Saturday Nov. 9th. Plus throw in a FREE continental breakfast (Normally an extra $10.00).
The cutoff date for everyone to make reservations would be October 25th.

If you guys like this place, please post up A.S.A.P. so I can have them section off the rooms close to each other. We would all have to call independently and let them know what group we are with to make our reservations. I will give out the contact info for the hotel once we have decided yay-or-nay.

I lost my co-pilot. Muhib can't make it, unfortunately.

Daniel, was the $99 per night the regular rate for the rooms? Also, we are staying overnight through to Sunday as well, so are we thinking to just stay at the same hotel? If so, I am wondering if they are willing to offer a better rate for a 2 night stay.
