3.73 for 87 at Sunoco in your nation's capital.
This is gettting painful. This is really bad for middle class folks who have no choice but to drive everyday to work.

I'm glad I ride the bus 4 out of 5 days.
They'll probably bump bus fares soon though considering diesel is even more atrocious. Truckers are getting hit real hard right now.

I'm very thankful that my work covers all my bus and metro fares ($110 monthly).
Public transpo FTMFW!

If I ever moved to a situation where I had to commute more than 30 minutes I would have to get a bike simply for economic reasons. Something reliable, comfortable, and gets good gas mileage, I have been looking at the Ninja 500 which supposedly averages 65 mpg.
Of course you gotta keep the car for winter so I'm not sure how much it helps in the aggregate.

I hate the fact that 3 years ago we where bitching about $1.50 being expensive in Ohio....It was $3.79 were I'm at.

What I wouldn't give for that $1.50 right now...:eh:
