One thing to check is the recirculate button on the dash. If you're trapping all the air inside instead of letting fresh air in through the vents while driving, it'll keep all the moisture in too.

this has been happening to me as well for about 2 months and its really annoying. It fully covers all the glass in my car and really pisses me off
