What cops do in Arkansas

Why pay for gas when taxes pay for road trips? These 3 cops followed me to Walmart this morning, think they are from out of state, but thy were all in civilian clothes 2 had families with them....wish gas was that simple! SMH cruising gets expensive these days X_X

I've seen that before but not from out of state. They went Pasadena,ca to Sacramento, ca in regular clothes with families in the cop cars. I asked them they said they were at a cop conference or something like that.
