I want it to be low and wide,I m not sure what the offset really means but does it mean the lower offset the more the wheel sticks out?I'm not good with this.lol

If you want to be low and wide, you'll need to do fender work. The stock fenders suck. If you do a regular old roll, and do it right, your paint won't be messed up.

i was meaning are you going for hella flush, flush, or a little sunk?

offset is simply where the hub mounts to the wheel, you can buy wheels with the exact same height and widths but with varying offsets.
