What is this call and how do I remove it?

So my sunroof drain line got disconnected and water ended up pooling in the driver side footwell and caused some rust to form. Luckily it’s mostly surface level still, I’ve almost removed everything out of the way of the floor to begin stripping the rust away and repainting the floor. But I can’t seem to figure out how to remove that black plastic vent thing circled in the picture. Anyone know how to take that piece out??

 

That is the floor vent for the rear seats. Usually just held in by clips or tabs.

 

Believe it just pulls out from behind the console if my memory is right. Might be a screw on a tab holding it down.
