what is too LOW?

i dont know what the v6p slammed rules are....
but, if you have no gap in the front wheel and wheel gap is like 21.5in....
and you know if you are 24inches off of ground but cop still wants to give you ticket, he still will....

i got pulled over one time because of my jdm sticker. He checked my motor and first thing he said was that it wasn't the motor that the car came with...
I was like wow are you kidding me. This is a US motor blah blah blah and then he called it in or whatever. lol. He also said my exhaust was illegal.. I pointed at my exhaust and looked at him confused and said, "my exhaust is stock.."
He told me to come to the front of the car and pointed at the intake.. lol. I said my intake? lol. I didnt have a carb sticker on it. Then he asked me if I was on bags. I said no, I'm on adjustable coilovers. blah blah.
He was pretty chill with everything though he said he was gonna give me a big break and didnt give me the fix it ticket. I told him I was gonna go home and put back my stock one and thats what I did.
He told me that if he gave me that ticket, I couldnt drive my car anywhere unless it was to the place where they write you off..
ok anyways sorry for the run on....
back to the subject.. I asked the cop how low is too low. At that time I was tucking. basically he said the lowest would be right at the tires. He didnt care that I was tucking though.. blah its late sorry
