You can, but you don't want to. Never pair lowering springs with stock shocks. They'll work for a bit, but the shocks will inevitably blow. Just keep saving until you can afford both aftermarket shocks and springs. Or coilovers.

New? You can probably get some ff type 1's save a little more and get some ff type 2's, K sport, Tien basics, Nex, just go through the suspension review thread and pick out what you like.
