My HU is my most expensive so far. Jensen - $255.

But my costliest one was a noob/dummy/retard mistake...lemme explain...

I had nothing done to my car and wanted to do something... so I go to AAP and buy those stupid nozzle spray lights for the hood. I was so excited about that(don't ask why). I didn't know how to rig them to my headlights so I made a switch for it. I ran it straight to the battery which made the wires start to melt. Here is the worst part... So then I ran the wire to the inside of the car, I just hook the + to some wire I found, and ran the ground, get this, to the computer plug under the steering wheel. It lit up, the switched worked! Yay! ..... I start the car.... *sigh* ..:darryl: I blow a fuse.. car was completely dead, no clicking sound, no nada. I thought I had messed up my car completely. So I had to get it towed to Honda dealership, and they got it fixed. Cost me $90 for parts and labor. $90 lesson not to ever just hook up wires anywhere... But that was few years ago and I have learned alot from my 6thgen Accord Jedi Masters:Starwars:... Moral to the story: Always search or ask questions if you aren't 100% sure! :coffee:

Sorry if i got off topic lol but I had to share that story.
