what was your reason for gettin a 6th gen

i liked the coupe when it first came out and i was in like 7th grade, i told my mom and dad i wanted and BAM! a couple months after my 16th birthday my dad bought it for me

Loved them since they were 4th Gen's, then the 5th Gen's came out, so I looked elsewhere, and then the 6GA came and the light was restored!

Seriously though, loved the look and wanted something a little more current than the 4th Gen, but the body style is what did it for me.

my dad bought it brand new in 99 when i started college... always loved the accord since my family had teh 4th gen before... and i learned to drive in that 4th gen 5spd

i saw roy's car and other accords on honduh.com back in the day and then i wanted one. hahaha

and then there were those accords with the bw body kits that i though was cool back in middle school! wooot!

ok first the family start out buying an 00 TL back in 03, then my mom get a 00 coupe EX V6 in 05 then bam I figure to get the AV6 with crapproblematic plus it cheaper on gas compare to my previous ride which also a high end Honda luxury of that year.

I had just got my driver's permit, wasn't allowed to drive my dads company car and the only other option was a Suburban. So we went car shopping, just looking for a 4banger with side airbags, ABS, all that jazz. Saw alot of Accord's above 10k and were driving home from dealers when we passed a car place with an Accord parked right out front. Test drove it, only 82k miles for $9995 driven by an older professor who garaged it her whole life. Learned to drive in it and now it's mine.
