SO finding a decent Milled blank for the gauge rings is proving to be a challenge, I can see with quality rings being less than 1/4" thick being about 1/8 or 1/6" Blanks are around 120$ for a 2 inch blank, which i could get probably 25 Speedos, and maybe 15 Coolant and Tahcs in one, due to the size, but if' its a foot long, maybe, And thats an unmilled block, so I'd still have to have each unit chemically or sanpaper done to give brushed aluminium. or I can buy a milled which comes in a max 1/4 inch. I could just get the size diameters from a blank cluster, then order a bunch of 6 dollar thickness ones, I've considered this, and it would probably be 30-40 per set, or more depending on milling costs. I'm shooting around ideas. But obviously as a vote you guys would want over the ODO as a default right?
