Chris, be careful jerking around on that inner joint. The lock ring can fall off inside the trans, then your F'd. (Hardly ever, but its neen known to happen.) They make a tool that slides in behind the joint between the trans and it. It applies equal firce to pull stright out. Can't recall the part number but most auto parts stores should be able to get it.

BTW, wish me luck. Im heading over to a buddy's to install my Ksports.......

Here are a couple photos of what I've been working on. I'll have my rear camber kit on this week to fill up that wheel well a bit more. The euro dash will look much better when I figure out how to paint it black.

Replaced my passenger side axle with a CL-S axle. I read awhile back the CL-S axles were beefier, but I didn't really see a difference. Only differences I noticed were the harmonic balancer and the fact that the CL-S boots have more "accordion ribs" so they are more flexible and thus less likely to rip.

Made one mistake, I bought the wrong axle seals so I couldn't replace those. :( Bought 7GA 6MT seals and I guess I needed 03 CL-S 6MT seals.

Turns out I was being too gentle, I was so paranoid about damaging the trans case that I wasn't applying quite enough force. Stuck a mini crow bar up there and popped it right out. Took a drive around the block and everything seems okay. Might enlist your help for the driver side, not sure haha. Is the only difference between changing the driver and passenger side is that on the driver side you have to drain the tranny fluid?

How'd the suspension install go btw?

Car is looking good! That cluster is going to look real nice. Ever thought of a bumper black paint to match the rest of the plastics in the interior. Kinda of OE+?

Glad to hear it went o.k. Thats funny about the crow bar. I have been in the same situation and used a short one that I had. Wasn't real sure about how to advise that though.... As for the other side, I honestly don't know. But I can ask a buddy who is a Honda Master Tech and let you know. Are tou trying to do it before the Memphis meet?

Suspension is on. Not set like I want though. Back is too low and front is too high. Looks like big red Ski Doo at the moment. Im having a new windshield installed tomorrow. Im guessing that I should wait a few days before stressing the new seal while jacking the car up ro make any adjustments.

I'm actually going to get some Kryon flat black camo paint for all my interior. It looks good and it's really durable.
