Yea 1st gen CL. I got the passenger side speaker in last night and I’m not going to lie, I sat in the car with the doors closed and played Will Smith’s ‘Summertime’ at high volume. Listened to it 3 times because it sounded so good haha.

The yard I frequent always has a 6GA coupe, so I’ll go down every import aisle pulling stuff I want, then I haul it back to a 6GA coupe and test fit stuff to see if it will fit my car. I love being able to do that lol. I also took the interior window chrome trim (goes along the top of the door panel) from the same CL since they looked to be the same length as mine. I think they will class up the interior nicely.

I actually did receive the rep, thanks!
Sounds like there is a noticeable improvement. Good to know. You sure it was only 3 times tho? Lol

Must be nice to have a test car. No buyer's remorse, even at the junk yard lol.

Speaking of trim pieces, I've been thinking that 1G CL's shifter trim would fit more flush on 6GA console. (Saying that It might be cleaner than 2G CL or TL / Prelude AT gate shifter trim, when having the conversion.) It's not that I need it for my car, but that's just my broad guess.

Oh, good. You're welcome!

I do that at my local junkyard. it has a few 6th gens. I look and figure things out because I don't have to worry about messing anything up.

Got a new set of used tires on my girl, they only costed me 45 bucks a pop, if anybody is near the anaheim/fullerton area, hmu for that price

I needed them bad because it got to the point where even as slow as 20mph I would get a nasty wheel wobble. Here is the old passenger side front tire:

It's reached that point where I have to go scrape all the ice off my car in the morning :okay2: since I'm not as lucky as our Canadian members to have heated seats I know a guy at an upholestry shop who sells universal seat heaters. He has them in his personal vehicles and he even put one in his moms 6th gen. I think I'll be doing that sometime soon.

Before I end my post I have a quick rant. OUR CARS ARE NOT V6 AND V4 ITS AN I4!
Rant over

I'm broke, buddy.

You broke. With them old tires you lucky you didn't break yo self! Literally.

Took my car in last night to dealership for service to work on better millage and rad fluid leak. He told me they were gonna replace driver airbag due to recall.

Also doing timing belt and what not up in here.

I just remember that I forgot to mention about the slow retracting driver seat belt. I discussed it with dealership before and they said it could be replaced under lifetime warranty. So I called em back and they will look into it.
