Is having no reverse lights illegal? Yes. Is having no front license plate illegal? Yes. Do I care? Not one bit. Just have to make sure I don’t back into anyone, lol. And Ohio doesn’t have these hellish inspections I’m always hearing about, thank God. Midwest ftw.
How long have you gone without a front plate? I want to take mine off but it always seemed like an easy ticket.

No reverse light and no front plates visible is the easiest ticket for cops here in cali.

I've never run one, even on my old car. So I guess around 15 years.

Generally you have to be committing a larger traffic violation like speeding, etc to even get warned about no front plate. Unless you live somewhere where the cops are nazi’s…like California. If you do ever get pulled over and the cop says something about it, just explain the front mounting bracket broke and you are waiting on a new one. I've used that excuse.

It’s just worthless legislation, makes cars look bad, and I refuse to follow it.

Together we are strong. :lawl:

Hmm, I may take it off. In MD they aren't too bad. They don't even pay attention to tint.

They don’t in Ohio either. I only got 35% all around because I was nervous about having to remove it if I ever got ticketed….I should have paid more attention because I constantly see cars with much darker tint. They’re everwhere lol. Oh well.

That's Maryland's limits too.

Does anyone know how hard it is to do self tint? Cause I want to do 20 or 25 fronts and 10 or 15 rears. No shop would do it though.
