I did the same. I dont usually take it to a coin-op place, but my paint is in such bad condition IDGAF. Someone even left 1.75 in quarters
Mine could use a repaint as well, but moreso the hood than anything.
Gonna go look at this red coupe 5spd with full genuine oem kit with a couple accord buddies.

I did not remove the sunroof...I just opened it.
As for DIY details...I just watched a few videos on youtube before doing it. Its rather easy. The only hint I would have is that the heat gun is more important that you know, and dont be afraid to use it. I was timid at first, but its really necessary to getting the vinyl to lay correctly.

I washed the roof, then clay barred it, and wiped it down with a clean microfiber cloth and water. Also took out the rain gutter piece and cleaned it, along with cleaning under the front windshield grommet.
Vinyl wrapping really isnt that hard as long as you are confident and have 1-2 people to lend a hand for larder panels.
I would highly recommend using 3m 1080 scotch brite vinyl. It doesnt adhere initially, allowing you to move it around. It adheres with pressure, but you can still pull it up if you make a crease. Also has micro air-channels so you can actually press out air bubbles..
I've got a lot of small piece left over, I should make a review vid with it to show just how abusive you can be with it, pretty amazing stuff.

Did a LED conversion for my gauge cluster, clock, and manual climate control. These shots were very hard to get due to trying to get the correct color being portrayed on the camera. I had to play with the settings a lot to show the true colors of what I am actually seeing in person.

I did not remove any of the blue tint film on the climate control buttons because I did not like the white color I was seeing. I removed the filter for the clock, but thinking about putting it back on to match the climate control better. This was why I did not do it...
The left and right buttons were not pure white, more of a beige color. Although I did like the AC button.
