yeah the cop gave me a ticket for honking my horn..... and yeah no front plate. cali baby, worst state to be a car guy. (laws, emissions, etc..)

For the front license plate just say someone backed into you and broke the plate frame and you're waiting on a replacement. The horn one is stupid.
