i swear my buddy and i have done it. . his mom's v6 sedan auto, my i4 manual. it was a lot lot closer than you'd think.

Great question Greg. I propose the I4 is faster in all of those, other than a straight line. One of the reasons I picked the 4cyl. (apart from the main reason of hating auto trannies) is wanting less weight on the front wheels.

The V6 auto prolly stays behind the F23 till about 3rd Gear then
