Whats your MPG on a full tank?

Just got 33.6 mpg all highway on a trip from L.a. to San Diego and back.

i went through all 31 pages and the worst mpg i saw on here is still better then what i have been able to achieve in my current car (03 gti). Cant wait to get my *** into the accord

Im getting around 27-28 with no lead foot, no quick starts and no vtec.

But when I actually have fun, I get around 24-25

My full tank from slightly above dead on E is 14.336 US gal (54.262 L). You guys said that our tank takes up to 17 gal but the nozzle stops fuel flow at this volume.

I take 85 octane with up to 15% ethanol.


380.26 miles
90% highway
75% driving between 2.75-3.35k rpm

I am now going to try 91 octane V power. i will not go beyond 3k and will TRY to maintain a 2.5 - 2.75 k rpm max.

On a full tank, I get about 320 miles of all city driving. Not really aggessively or anything. With a bit of highway in the mix, that goes up to 350. All highway I can go over 400 quite easily, I think a bit beyond that. 02 Accord Sedan, 5MT EX
