You'll need to space the wheels or get more aggressive specs to have any poke, let alone make them flush.

I have a question, I'm about to lower my car on F&F Type 1s. I'm sitting on Kazera KZ-X 17x7.5 wheels, (pretty sure about the width, don't know the offset for sure though) on 225/45/17 tires. Wanting to do a 1.5 to 2" drop, will I rub on this setup or will I need a camber kit?

^How low are you?

Not knowing the offset it's hard to say 100%, but I'm guessing with those wheels it is on the higher end. You will likely not rub. Look at the back of the wheel, the offset should be stamped somewhere.

@Drew707, depends on how low you are.

There are several people on here that are running those wheels.

puzzlemaster, is running them with spacers, I believe JV6 is as well.

Do a search for TL wheels, and you will come across a few Member Rides that you can research to see what tire size they are running with/without spacers and what type of drop.

215 45 17 is the pretty standard setup for those wheels.
