i think gil just likes to argue :p

OP, i made a thread in the tire section with different sizes being stretched on different wheel widths, and some different brands, you shluld check it out.

btw, i have stretched tires all around and a little more than -3 camber and my tire doesnt wear that fast at all .. and my new tires have a much softer sidewall and stretched much more nicely than my last set

There's no such thing as "soft sidewalls" all tire sidewalls are the same except for the size (profile). It has to be the right wheel/tire combo but the concept in general is to match a wide wheel with a low profile tire that has a small width so it stretches at the lip. It looks awesome if done right specially with authentic name brand wheels.
