Hey cleansleeper I just wanted to apologize to you. I feel like such a bit**. Thanks for helping me. I'll probably have to go to my friend's shop to have him help me, but if all fails. I'll go for the ebc 11 inch rotors I found. Dam the 4 lugs.
Its all good. And yeah.. being the most unused bolt pattern sucks haha

You know you can have a 5 lug rotor drilled to be 4 lug. Take it to a machine shop or do it yourself if you have a drill press.

Do the hub diameters have to match or can they be a little bigger? Cause the 300 has 4mm bigger hubs.

As long as everything clears I don't see why it would.
In that case I would say just buy one with a slightly larger hub and not drill your own to possibly save quality. And a shop fee to drill it if you can't yourself.

Dam you're right I could do that. At first I thought that by doing that they would look wierd. I just got a mental picture in my head. Would the 5 lug rotor fit correctly on the 4 lugs? When I last saw I'm pretty sure that the 5 lug had a bigger hub area than the 4 lug.

I thought about it some more and now I don't think it's such a good idea. You'd have to get it perfectly centered for the rotor to work correctly and you're also taking material out of it so the center piece won't be as strong.

That's what I was thinking... Didn't want to be the one to say it haha I would just go slightly bigger hub but still 4 lug.

Or spend $2800 for a ksport bbk kit for all 4... :D

Haha I'd go turbo instead of doing that.

I don't think you need to worry about the rotors strength, 240 owners do it all the time when they want to upgrade their brakes without going 5-lug.

Van, i would just call stoptech and see if they cant do a custom set for it.. i think it would be cheaper than doing the 5lug swap and then buying rotors for those.
