I'd do the 6spd swap if you absolutely love your accord and would hold on to it for atleast the next 5 years. Otherwise, just buy a newer, nicer car. I'd by a CL-S personally but both that or 7th gen will treat you well and avoid the problems you are having, plus have what you want.

I regret not buying a car one year newer alot. I got a 5spd so no problems but no power either.

^^^ luck bastard got the 5spd where it has no power but still beat my slowmatic V6 lol, yeah I like to have some thing unique but the car ain't worth it to put more money in lol.

I don't know if my car will beat v6, but, i didn't "get" a 5spd, i wasn't willing to buy anything else. I know what you are saying though.
