yea its to divert more air to the brakes for more efficent cooling.... now for the car...I probably would have picked another color...but the driver must like it...I realize the time, effort, and money thats been put into that car but not my cup of tea personally

It's for show purposes Greg. That's where the mindset is at.

I personally dont like it because it was done wrong. If he really wanted it to look nice, he should of creased the body lines to flow into the duct instead of just sticking there.

I hate all ducts that just got "put" there. Looks like a hole was just cut out of the panel and that was that. i.e. C5 Z06 brake ducts kill me.

the owner of that accord is a retired member of Team Hybrid.

you gotta realize that most of the accords you see over the internet now from Team Hybrid are from the past ... and we all know that bodykits and widebody kits were pretty big back then. it's kind'a like must have.
