Yes you can, toofastaccord23 did it with a tl-s exhaust i think and other people did aswell.

Agree with J30MAN. Also, try to get an exhaust from a V6 sedan to save yourself/shop some work, because the coupe exhaust is a little shorter.

so if i have dual exhaust and change it to single i will gain power?

I wouldn't say gain power. Its just you will have the proper back pressure that the exhaust is supposed to give. It will function correctly then.


Why would anyone want dual exhaust on a honda anyway? those are meant for american muscle...

It will fit, you will have to add a piece of pipe because the v6 exhaust is shorter and obviously you will need the extra hangers for the other side. As for the converter I'm not sure on that. I put on a megan test pipe/high flow converter but i didn't really notice any difference in any loss of back pressure or power loss.

will work. no problems what so ever. just gotta weld on new hangers. did it on my 4 banger with upgraded cans and pipes.

And you will not lose anything. Because the v6 pipes aren't even real "dual exhaust. Back pressure lose would come from doing dual pipes all the way back from the headers.
