the only problem is it broke at the base and the plug is still suck in the connector.

strip and light solder if u cant get it out, just dnt bridge anything

The top of the connector "folds" up to lock the pins in place. Us a pick or small screw driver to "open" the connector, then you should be able to use some needle nose pliers and a pull it out.
