My guess is that it could be either rims bent (likely not cracked if not losing air), front wheels out of balance, or unevenly worn, or damaged tires themselves.

well i still havent managed to get to the tyre shop due to work issues and not being open when ive finished work or nothaving time to get there, last night on our smooth concrete car park i did a few tests
driving round in circles both directions, everyone must have thought i was completely nuts, but i did notice what felt like a lump or deformation on one to the front tyres, so when i get chance in the next few days im jacking it up and having a look , drivers side front had a rythmic feel to it or at the very least thats were it felt like it was coming from like a stone stuck on the tread or similar, so its now sat out side the house waiting and ive had to put my bike back together this morning so i could use that for work.
As soon as i know the outcome will update

here are a few pics of the front of the car you can see how high it seems to sit from the drivers side front wheel yes it really is that high and those are 17" rims also if you can see it the camber is way out with the top of the tyre appearing further out than the bottom
