Easy upgrade. I kept the stock end links too. I felt like it was an unnecessary upgrade, plus even more added weight because the moog's are bulkier. Really if I had the extra money I may have got the moog's but I certainly don't have to have them to realize the benefit of this swap.
-The trick to getting the rusted endlink bolts off is PB blaster or WD-40 and a pair of pointed vice grips. I had to reset them a few times as I was loosening the nut but they held the ball/bolt in place so I could remove the nut. Slide the vice grips in between the rubber boot and the swaybar and just let the vice grips rotate and rest on the linkage so you don't have to hold them. If you have a wire brush to use on the endlink bolts, please do so. It will help a lot and will be less risk of snapping the bolt while taking it off. Lots of PB blaster did it for me but the nut was so hot after removing I could not hold it.
-Oh and after the install the very end of one of the exhaust hangers was just barely touching the center of the swaybar, enough that it would have cut a good groove in it over time, so after a little work with a regular pair of vice grips I was able to bend it back just enough so it wasn't rubbing.
(edit- like the guys mention below, an allen key will fit in the end of the, end link. Take a look or feel with your finger, it's there). I will try this method next time I am removing an endlink.
(edit- also like mentioned below, the factory hangers for the sway bar will not be tall enough, I verified by comparing the two.)

Parts required. Remember to factor in shipping if you order online as apposed to having it delivered to your local Acura dealer. It was cheaper for me to go to the dealer vs. majestic acura.

#1 Rear swaybar
52300-SEP-A11 "Spring"-
49.63 + tax

#2 Bushings
bush, rr. stabilizer holder
Part# : 52306-SEP-A11
Unit price: $1.68 - Quantity: 2
(for your 2004 TLÂ SPORTÂ 4Â DOORÂ 6MT)

#3 (you probably don't need these, I think they are the same as the honda oem ones but I got them anyways to be safe)
holder, stabilizer bush
Part# : 52308-S3M-A00
Unit price: $1.27 - Quantity: 2
(for your 2004 TLÂ SPORTÂ 4Â DOORÂ 6MT)

So 55.53 + tax buying at the local dealer. Not bad at all. Cheaper this route than paying shipping at acuraautomotiveparts.org.

Update 6/18/13-
I am normally pretty sceptical of most upgrades but this is a really decent upgrade. There is a corner I normally take going to and from work going about 35mph. Now I hit it going 40 and have much less body roll than before at the lower speed. It is probably the best upgrade dollar for dollar that I have ever done to mine or any other car. Now I wish I could find something like this to increase HP... that search never ends though right?

You definitely need the brackets as well. My Accord is a V6 coupe with a 17 mm sway bar from the factory and the Acura bushings weren't close to fitting. In fact, I didn't buy them because someone like you said I wouldn't need them. That's not true. So, instead of spending the money on shipping $3.00 worth of parts I bought a universal 20mm Energy Suspension bushing and bracket kit and put it on that way. I would recommend that from the start for anyone still considering this.

In order to remove ball/bolt you stick an Allen key in it, and turn the nut, you don't use vice grips

I appreciate you categorizing me so quickly in the "people like you" group. Never thought I would get there. I did say that I got the acura brackets to be safe right? I agree the bushing is a different size. You may be right about the brackets but I am going to verify to be sure. I think my sedan came with a 16mm swaybar, so it should be different too if yours was.
The energy suspension stuff is pricey for this application that it will have little effect on, like $6 vs somewhere around $30 (plus any possible shipping).
Like I said, I picked up the parts at the local dealer for the prices I quoted, no shipping cost.

An Allen key? How does this work? The only Allen keys I found were on the back side of the link. 4 little small ones that seem difficult to move, they bent my allen key anyways.
There is room to use vice grips and I have done it this way multiple times in the past. Get in there and look between the swaybar and the endlink, there is good spot in there to grab.

If you look at the thread side it looks kinda like a set screw on the front side thats where he is referring to inserting the allen key to be able to remove the bolt

This way you won't damage the threads or the rubber boot
