A rebuff would be better? I wetsanded it and painted another coat. Then i polished, glazed and waxed it? Do i need another wetsand? Hand buff?

Do you guys recommed any shops here in socal that do engine swaps. Looking to swap h22 5spd manual into my auto. spoke to a h-t member and asked for $600 for labor and $300 parts. thanks.
