Re: RedRyder's 6MT 3.2L '99 EXV6 Coupe *UPDATED 5/13/11 NEW PICS*

i feel special:naughty: lol

looks very good :). Just how it should have come from factory.

lol yep. Honda really could have made this car special had they taken the time. But then maybe it would have overshadowed the CL. :coffee:

For awhile I felt having the shift pattern on the shifter and Type-S bezel was too redundant. But I don’t mind it now.

Was thinking I should paint the bezel flat black though, since there is no other silver in the car…what do you think?

Did you even read the title of the thread?

LOL

any pis of the engine bay?

I took this one right after the swap. A few things have changed since then, need to take a new one.

car was lookin good when i passed you the other day chris!

had a question for you: did you have to relocate the bumper tab or roll the fenders to fit your 8" wheels?

Yours too man, I always can tell when I see your sedan around. You been going out to Edgewater at all?

Nope, no rolling/pulling/bumper tab relocation. But then again I'm not slammed, not sure how low you are.

not lately, I really only went to the thursday night events they had but those stopped last month.

Do you think you'd have to if you were lower? Im a little bit lower than you and can't decide between 17x7.5 +25 or 18x8.5 +25 and don't really feel like rolling my fenders...

17's don't really look all that good on our car unless you have a pretty aggressive drop.

8.5, you MAY not have to roll your fenders, but then you will have to play around with the camber, at least in the rear.

Im not sure how I feel about that shifter plate. Maybe cuz it looks out of place or that it covers the old area in a weird way. IDK. Car still looks good though.

Yeah that shifter plate thing look like it's too big, lol. It's covering part of the (I'm assuming it's for pens....) slot on the side.
