    Running 9" wheels question????

    My H22 is idling very funny PLEASE HELP???

    IDK why my car is idling the way it is,sorta like it wants to cut off.the rpms jump from bout 850 down to maybe 200.my friend told me to get a OBD1 ecu caus it will eliminate alot of codes that the OBD2 requires,and he also told me that its the EGR sensor...What should i do????
