I used silicone, but had a little gap on accident the first time and got condensation. Took 'em apart, dryed them and put more silicone the second time, and haven't had any problems yet. Only put it in the oven once to open it and once to close it.

My headlights suffer from slight condensation. I'm more concerned that they are filled with DIRT! I took one of them apart yesterday. The dirt was clinged to the Hondabond and I literally poured out dirt.

I have an order with TAS that has been on backorder for a month now. They said they will be shipping at the end of the week .... I HOPE! I am juxtaposing waiting or ordering from the link on the first page. Since I put the healight back in the high and low doesn't want to work. ME<teh lights! :darryl:
