DIY - Sonata fogs in 01-02 coupe

Saw some projector fog lights on a Hyundai Sonata for $4 bucks a pop. figured id give em a go in the 01-02 coupe bumper seeing as the oem style ones are like 150 atleast on ebay.
Total, the project probably cost me around 20-25 dollars.
Here`s what I have got to work with

Test fit is looking good so far. Now to hack apart some perfectly good oem grills...

As far as i made it with metal shears. Gunna use an xacto knife and a blowtorch to trim.
Sandpaper and calking to finish in place.

Opened, cleaned and resealed fogs.
Will hopefully be able to install tomorrow morning once they are set.

Managed to get them in and thread with a 6 metric bolt

Love how easy and well these worked out and highly recommend to anyone with an 01-02 coupe.
I find that they are currently pointing a little bit low so I`m going to pull them off and re-aim a little bit higher.
HIDs in the near future.

Just be sure to make the cut as clean and as close to the fogs as possible.

Yup. They have projectors with cutoffs. The bulb is 9006 incase I ever want to throw some HID's into em. Gettin pretty stoked to see how this unfolds.

Don't worry about messing up those grilles... You can get two new ones for roughly $20

I need some myself actually be it that I just installed a new front bumper. Where can you get em besides the dealer i've searched but cant find what i'm looking for. I've searched using Fog light insert .. bumper insert..lower bumper grill.. and nothing but fogs and cheapo ebay mesh grills!
