no, its not a black widow, it was just some random spider on my front porch

i know with snakes, youre supposed to stay away from yellow and red on black

figured it wasn't a real black widow. i'm still keeping an eye out for a brown recluse around here...now those are poisonous...

yeah i am not 100% sure how to spot a brown recluse...so i avoid all spiders haha...Whatever that spider above is I think I took a picture of one that looked the exact same. So hopefully they are harmless because the one i saw was on our front porch

i picked up a piece of wood the other day that had been sitting for like 5 minutes...giant daddy long legs on it. tossed it back in the grass and he was gone. spiders really dont freak me out...

^^haha yeah i hate spiders also..there was a huge daddy long leg in my car yesterday...I noticed it while I was driving so for the 10 minutes before I got home I kept looking over to make sure it was not moving towards me. I had nothing to kill it with. So finally when I got home I took some gloves and threw it in our neighbors yard.

and wow I did not know the brown recluse was so small....that makes me nervous. I just assume the small spiders are the safe ones haha
