Yeah, you can run it with a roll and pull, but I wouldn't suggest Rota Grids. Just my suggestion. Do some research on the before you purchase the.
Why not rota grids? What's wrong with them?

225 for a 7.5in wheel is a little wide I think. Go to tirerack.com or something and when you pick a wheel (17x7.5) it will give you a recommended tire size. 205/50r17 to be exact. Will a 17x7.5 rim wearing 225/45 rubber fit fine on my stock suspension 2001 coupe?
If so, what offset should I be looking for?
Thanks!

I'm looking into some XXR 521 18x8.5 but idk to get +25 or +35. I'm on H&R springs (2.2"F 1.75"R drop). Getting 225/45/18 to eliminate any wheel gap?
@RedRyder, I'm kind of looking for the same thing as well. I'm looking for a good tire to fit XXR 535 17x7 +35. I know tirerack has suggested tire sizes for non-XXR rims and that is I think 205/50(or 55)r17. What do you think?
