i had one in my old accord and in my gti. i still have it, its a beltronics 995, its saved me a few times. but i just didnt feel like putting it in this time cuz i honestly drive better without it.

i have the 9500i right now and it saved me a couple of times. I got so scared driving back from tahoe the other day when it detected the laser one. There was no time for me to stop since he was just right around the corner, i was so lucky he didnt get me.

I have one just cause...cops down here are sneaking as hell. I don't drive fast ALL the time, but it helps to know where they are...you may be in a 55 mph doing 57 and they'll pull u over just cause they having a bad day.

ive had them but dont anymore, most the cops use pop radar so to me there is no use . they do help but to me not as well as you think just dont speed.

haha, nahh. youd have to hardwire it anyway, thats how i had it set up. but im gonna keep it in case i want to use it again, haha.

I have a... cobra something... But I like it, I try to drive only a little over the speed limit (7 mph or so) so I'm not too worried about tickets, but it's when I decide to drive fast for a short distance that I get worried. My radar has saved me from 2 possible tickets so far.

i have some escort that detects like a whole 5 bands(it's from like 1998)...lol, got it for free from a friend and it actually has saved me once. but i don't trust it since i've personally seen a cop holding a radar/laser gun pointed at me and it didn't go off but i wasn't speeding so it was cool. I used to speed somewhat but i've become more weary of the cops where i live so i hold back.
i'm also planning on getting w/e the best detector escort sells at the time that's reasonable after i get some spare money.

i use to have valentine 1 2 yrs ago then switch to escort passport 8500 ..i dont use it often unles i travel from state to state so i let my homboi use it until i needed it back

Hey man, why did you get rid of Valentine 1 and decide to switch to Escort Passport? I always thought that Valentine 1 was the best one available..
